This Privacy Policy applies to Lulla Care mobile app features used for baby activity tracking, and to official Lulla Care web pages that link to this policy.
This policy does not cover third-party websites, app stores, device manufacturers, operating systems, carriers, or analytics and ad services that are outside our control.
2. Who Controls Data
For app records created in Lulla Care, you are effectively the primary controller of that information because records are stored locally on your device.
We do not operate user account infrastructure for syncing those records to our own servers.
3. Data We Collect
Our intent is to avoid collecting personal data from your app activity records. App entries such as feeding, sleep, diaper, and notes are designed to remain on-device.
We do not intentionally collect those records on our servers. If data is transmitted due to platform behavior outside our control, we cannot guarantee access, processing, or retention handling.
4. Local Storage Model
Lulla Care is a local app experience. Data is stored in local device storage controlled by your operating system and device settings.
- No mandatory cloud account is required for core tracking functions.
- No representation is made that local storage is always recoverable.
- You are solely responsible for backup practices, if any are available to you.

We do not promise that such third-party technical processing can be disabled, fully inspected, or retained for a specific period.
